The GrainSafe 7000 is here to take the time and stress out of storing your grain.
It is a compact grain aeration controller that intelligently selects the best air conditions required for your aeration fans to operate. This allows you to maintain grain quality for both short and long storage periods.
This is all performed automatically on anywhere from 1 to 24 storages and can be configured to suit either mains or generator powered sites.

The GrainSafe 7000 is our flagship product refined over many years of testing to culminate in this easy-to-use interface with options for all your grain storage solutions. The 7000 operates on a wet-bulb basis to most effectively monitor how the ambient conditions will interact with the grain mass to provide you with the highest quality results. An ambient sensor is supplied with the controller that monitors the conditions at your storage facility 24/7 so you don't have too. An intelligent decision is then made to run the fans when the air is most suitable to cooling or drying your grain. Every decision is based on data coming from your storage facility, and with the added benefit of a humidity override that automtically shuts all the fans off at 85% relative humidity, all issues are avoided.

This can be achieved by using the six operational modes to care for your grain in any situation:
Auto:
Automatically cycles the storages through a rapid cooling process and transfers into a long-term maintenance mode.
Auto Purge:
Large amounts of cool air to flush harvest heat (average of 12Hrs/Day).
Auto Protect:
Introduces smaller amounts of cool, dry air to maintain grain quality over long periods of time (average of 3.25Hrs/Day).
Auto Continuous:
Continual fan run with the added benefit of humidity override.
Continuous:
A manual mode that allows the fans to run continuously.
Drying (Optional):
Allows the operator to set humidity setpoints to assist with grain drying (ambient) during storage.
